Precision Rotary & Linear Stages
Applimotion offers custom rotary stages using our ULT series direct drive rotary motors. Options include high resolution (up to 84 million counts/revolution) and accuracies from 24 to 48 micro-radians.
Applimotion also offers precision linear motor stages with linear motors and voice coil motors. Options include resolutions to 1 nanometer and accuracy better than 1 micron.
