At Applimotion, we offer several value based manufacturing alternatives. From our in house motor assembly, to high volume off shore manufacturing facilities.

Loomis, CA

Our main facility contains engineering, final assembly and model shop capabilities. We produce low volume quantities of motors, motor assemblies, and rotary stages. More than 10,000 motors/year are produced at this facility.

This facility also houses our laboratory with state of the art motor test equipment. We routinely evaluate motors for customers.

ACM is a strategic manufacturing partner for motors and precision mechanical assemblies produced in S.E. Asia. They are ISO9001 certified and offer everything from in house die casting to complete motor assembly. Projects requiring more than 5,000 motors per year can easily be produced at this facility.

The right manufacturing location for the job.

Applimotion's core value is in design and application engineering. We manufacture motors of all types at our Loomis CA facility in volumes from <5 units to >1000 units per year. However, if your project is for high volume and the lowest manufacturing cost is the driving factor, then the Applimotion solution will include ACM as the contract manufacturer.
